Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse machinery.
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and stock incoming merchandise.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with high precision.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with shift supervisors and coworkers to ensure smooth operations.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean and organized work environment at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Skills: Basic math skills and attention to detail.
- Transportation: Reliable transportation to the Milwaukee facility is required.
- Background: Must pass a background check and drug screening.
