Responsibilities
- Loading & Unloading: Safely operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load and unload trucks in accordance with safety regulations.
- Inventory Management: Perform accurate cycle counts and maintain inventory records using warehouse management systems.
- Picking & Packing: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Stock Organization: Keep storage areas organized, clean, and safe at all times.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine pre-shift inspections on equipment and report any issues immediately.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Friday-Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Documentation: Must pass a background check and drug screen.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
