Responsibilities
- Customer Assistance: Greet and assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product selection in a friendly and professional manner.
- Operational Support: Support the daily operations of the facility, ensuring smooth workflow during peak weekend hours.
- Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, organizing, and stocking merchandise to ensure accurate inventory levels.
- Regulatory Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols, company policies, and quality standards during shifts.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area, including sweeping, mopping, and organizing storage spaces.
- Point of Sale (POS): Accurately process transactions and handle cash, checks, and digital payments.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, retail, or warehouse operations is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to interact effectively with diverse groups of people.
- Physical Demands: Ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 lbs, and perform light physical tasks as needed.
- Reliability: Must be punctual, dependable, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
