Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping to ensure 100% customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Control: Conduct cycle counts and maintain accurate stock levels within the warehouse management system.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate pallet jacks, forklifts (if certified), and handheld scanning devices.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets safety standards.
- Facility Maintenance: Keep work areas clean, organized, and compliant with OSHA safety regulations.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with supervisors and cross-functional teams to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Basic computer skills and experience with inventory software or scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management capabilities.
- Valid US work authorization and ID.
