Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Restock merchandise, organize displays, and maintain a clean, safe shopping environment.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and process transactions efficiently.
- Handle cash, credit, and gift card transactions with strict adherence to company policies.
- Assist in inventory management and stock rotation to minimize shrinkage.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and store goals.
- Adhere to all safety and security protocols while on the sales floor.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, approachable demeanor.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to the Phoenix location.
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
