- Assist physicians during patient examinations and procedures
- Accurately record vital signs and patient medical histories
- Prepare examination rooms and sterilize medical equipment
- Administer medications and injections per physician protocols
- Perform basic laboratory tests and specimen collection
- Coordinate patient scheduling and maintain electronic health records
- Provide patient education on treatment plans and preventive care
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of accredited Medical Assistant program
- Certification (CMA/RMA) preferred but not required
- Basic EHR system proficiency
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work weekends (Saturday/Sunday) with rotating shifts
- Current CPR/BLS certification
