Responsibilities
- Oversee daily warehouse and inventory operations to ensure efficiency and accuracy.
- Manage stock levels, ensuring shelves are stocked and organized for the upcoming week.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients and visitors.
- Operate forklifts and heavy machinery safely and in compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct regular safety checks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
- Lead and train weekend staff, ensuring everyone understands their roles and responsibilities.
- Process shipments and manage returns with attention to detail.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Proven experience in logistics, warehousing, or customer service.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
