Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care including mobility assistance, vital sign monitoring, and personal hygiene support
- Document patient observations accurately in electronic health records using our HIPAA-compliant system
- Assist nurses with medical procedures and maintain sterile treatment environments
- Respond promptly to patient call lights and ensure safety protocols are followed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care plans
- Manage inventory and restock medical supplies for weekend operations
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (CNA certification preferred)
- Minimum 6 months healthcare or direct patient care experience
- Ability to work flexible weekend shifts (Sat/Sun, 6am-6pm or 12pm-12pm)
- Basic computer literacy for documentation systems
- Current CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain before start)
- Ohio state background clearance and TB test results
- Strong communication skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
