Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care and administrative support during weekend shifts
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation using electronic health systems
- Coordinate with on-call physicians and nursing staff for urgent patient needs
- Assist with patient check-in, vitals monitoring, and appointment scheduling
- Ensure strict compliance with HIPAA and healthcare regulations
- Support facility operations including inventory management and equipment sterilization
- Participate in weekend team huddles and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; CNA, MA, or medical assistant certification preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in healthcare or customer service environment
- Strong interpersonal skills with ability to work calmly under pressure
- Proficiency with electronic health records and Microsoft Office suite
- Flexibility to work Saturday/Sunday shifts (6:00 AM - 6:00 PM)
- Current CPR/BLS certification and TB test clearance
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
