Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production machinery and equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform quality control inspections to ensure products meet strict industry standards.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and maintain accurate production logs.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and OSHA regulations at all times.
- Collaborate with the weekend team to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Previous experience in manufacturing, logistics, or warehouse operations is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday (Weekend Shift).
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
