- Deliver exceptional customer service through product knowledge, recommendations, and issue resolution
- Operate POS systems efficiently, processing cash, credit, and digital payments
- Merchandise and maintain store appearance, including restocking shelves and visual displays
- Assist in inventory management, including receiving shipments and conducting stock counts
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth weekend operations and coverage
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies during all shifts
- Participate in weekend promotions and seasonal events to drive sales
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college students welcome
- Previous retail or customer service experience preferred but not required
- Flexible availability to work weekend shifts (Saturdays & Sundays)
- Strong communication skills and approachable demeanor
- Basic math proficiency and comfort handling cash/transactions
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
