Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Accurately receive, inspect, and store incoming goods to maintain optimal stock levels.
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with a focus on speed and accuracy.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate powered industrial equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, as required.
- Quality Control: Perform routine quality checks to ensure all products meet company standards before dispatch.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere strictly to all safety protocols and warehouse regulations to maintain a secure work environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet daily operational goals.
Qualifications
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not strictly required; training is provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to follow instructions clearly.
- Reliability: A proven track record of punctuality and dependability in previous employment.
- Education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
