Responsibilities
- Execute the efficient loading, unloading, and sorting of freight to ensure timely delivery.
- Utilize warehouse management systems to scan, track, and verify inventory accuracy.
- Operate heavy machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, in strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Maintain a pristine and organized workspace, ensuring compliance with all 5S standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve inventory discrepancies and streamline workflows.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance checks and safety inspections.
Qualifications
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- High school diploma or GED is required.
- Physical ability to lift, carry, and maneuver objects weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not mandatory; we provide comprehensive training.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety and adherence to company policies.
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
