Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional weekend customer service across multiple service channels
- Coordinate weekend operational activities and team scheduling
- Execute weekend inventory management and merchandising tasks
- Process transactions using POS systems with 100% accuracy
- Assist with weekend facility setup and maintenance procedures
- Train and mentor new weekend team members
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- 1+ years customer service or weekend shift experience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Proficient with POS systems and basic MS Office
- Flexibility to work Saturdays/Sundays 8am-6pm
- Valid Tennessee driver's license for occasional errands
