Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations during weekend shifts to ensure productivity and safety standards are met.
- Manage inventory levels and conduct regular stock counts to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Greet and assist customers or vendors with professionalism and efficiency.
- Train and mentor junior staff members during the weekend rotation.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate daily logs and reports.
- Ensure the facility is clean, organized, and compliant with company policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Previous experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail management is a plus.
- Must be available to work weekends, including Saturdays and Sundays.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer proficiency and knowledge of inventory management software.
