As a Weekend Shift Supervisor, you will be the backbone of our weekend operations, ensuring that our facilities run smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You will manage a team of dedicated professionals, oversee critical workflows, and ensure that all service level agreements are met with the highest standard of quality.

Responsibilities
- Operational Leadership: Direct and supervise the weekend workforce to ensure all daily operational targets and KPIs are met efficiently.
- Team Management: Foster a positive and safety-conscious work environment by conducting morning briefings, delegating tasks, and providing constructive feedback.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve operational bottlenecks or technical issues in real-time to minimize downtime.
- Compliance & Safety: Enforce strict safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards to maintain a secure workplace for all employees and clients.
- Reporting: Prepare and submit accurate shift reports, including attendance, production metrics, and incident logs.
- Resource Allocation: Optimize staffing levels and inventory usage to maximize productivity during the weekend shift.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or operational role within a manufacturing, logistics, or technical services environment.
- Leadership Skills: Proven track record of leading teams effectively, managing conflict, and driving performance.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex instructions clearly.
- Reliability: Must be available to work weekends consistently (Friday, Saturday, and Sunday) and be willing to work rotating shifts.
- Technical Aptitude: Basic proficiency with computer systems, ERP software, and operational machinery.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree in Business Management or a related field is a plus.
