Responsibilities
- Lead weekend warehouse operations, ensuring efficient order fulfillment and inventory accuracy
- Supervise 10-15 team members, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback
- Monitor safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all weekend activities
- Coordinate with weekday supervisors to ensure smooth operational handoffs
- Implement process improvements to enhance weekend productivity and reduce costs
- Resolve operational challenges and escalate issues as needed
- Prepare weekend shift reports and performance metrics for leadership review
Qualifications
- 3+ years of supervisory experience in logistics or warehouse operations
- Proven ability to manage weekend shifts with Monday-Friday availability
- Forklift certification and experience with warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions
- Excellent communication and team leadership abilities
- Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations and inventory control methods
