Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks with accuracy and speed using pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
- Sort, pack, and ship products according to customer orders and safety guidelines.
- Conduct regular inventory checks to ensure stock levels are accurate and organized.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and orderly workspace at all times.
- Assist in the preparation of shipping documents and labels.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity targets and quality standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for long periods.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse management systems.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
