- Lead and mentor 5-8 weekend staff members during peak Saturday/Sunday shifts

- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and loss prevention standards
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless handover processes
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality supervisory experience
- Availability to work every Saturday and Sunday (8am-6pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Valid California driver's license (for store transfers)
