Responsibilities
- Manage weekend shift operations and supervise 4-6 team members
- Execute opening/closing procedures including cash handling and inventory checks
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure service standards are met
- Train new associates on weekend-specific protocols
- Monitor sales performance and implement promotional strategies
- Maintain safety compliance and store cleanliness standards
- Submit shift reports and performance metrics to management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- 1+ years retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution skills
- Basic math proficiency for cash handling
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift 25 lbs
- Valid Michigan driver's license (for store deliveries)
