Responsibilities
- Supervise 8-12 weekend staff members across operational departments
- Ensure seamless Saturday/Sunday shift transitions and service continuity

- Monitor inventory and operational KPIs during weekend peak hours
- Train new weekend hires on company protocols and safety standards
- Coordinate with weekday managers for operational handovers
- Implement weekend-specific promotions and engagement strategies
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability to work all Saturdays and Sundays (6 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Basic inventory management and POS system proficiency
- Indiana-based with reliable transportation
- First aid/CPR certification preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal weekday oversight
