Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow efficiency during Saturday and Sunday shifts.
- Ensure strict adherence to all safety protocols and regulatory compliance standards.
- Train, mentor, and supervise a team of part-time warehouse associates.
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock replenishment as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly.
- Prepare daily shift reports and communicate updates to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience in a warehouse or logistics setting.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) consistently.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to lead by example.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) required.
