Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related field
- 3+ years supervisory experience in hospital/clinical setting
- Valid Texas nursing license or healthcare management certification
- Strong decision-making skills under pressure

- Proficient in electronic health records systems
- Availability to work every weekend (Sat/Sun) with weekday flexibility
- BLS/ACLS certification required
