Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow efficiency during weekend shifts.
- Lead, mentor, and schedule a team of 5-10 warehouse associates.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols and quality standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate logistics for outgoing shipments.
- Conduct shift briefings and address performance issues promptly.
- Manage end-of-shift reporting and documentation.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or retail operations.
- Previous supervisory or lead experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday & Sunday) consistently.
- High school diploma or GED required.
