Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations and staff during weekend shifts.
- Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock replenishment processes.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and compliance standards.
- Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
- Manage incoming and outgoing shipments with accuracy.
- Resolve operational issues and escalate critical concerns to management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in warehouse management or logistics.
- Proven leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
