Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during the weekend shift to ensure productivity targets are met.
- Lead, train, and mentor a team of warehouse associates, fostering a positive and safety-conscious environment.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies accurately.
- Enforce strict safety protocols and company policies to maintain a hazard-free workplace.
- Monitor equipment performance and coordinate maintenance as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently.
- Prepare end-of-shift reports and submit them to the Site Manager.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management.
- Previous supervisory or team lead experience is highly preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
