Responsibilities
- Manage 15-20 weekend shift operators across production lines
- Implement and enforce OSHA safety protocols and quality standards
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and troubleshoot equipment issues
- Track production metrics and optimize workflow efficiency
- Train new hires on SOPs and machinery operation
- Prepare shift reports and communicate with day shift management
Qualifications
- 3+ years manufacturing/supervisory experience
- OSHA 30-hour certification or equivalent
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Proficient in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle preferred)
- Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid NC driver's license for facility transport
