Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise 5-8 weekend shift staff across multiple venues
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and service standards
- Manage real-time staffing adjustments using our mobile app
- Resolve client escalations and maintain venue partnerships
- Conduct shift handovers and performance documentation
- Process daily payroll through our instant payment portal
- Train new staff on venue-specific procedures
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat-Sun 6AM-11PM)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency with scheduling software (e.g., Deputy, When I Work)
- Charlotte area residency preferred
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Basic first aid/CPR certification
