Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 person weekend team during Saturday/Sunday shifts (10 AM - 10 PM)
- Oversee inventory management and replenishment operations for weekend high-demand items
- Implement visual merchandising standards and seasonal displays
- Resolve customer escalations with empathy and brand-aligned solutions
- Conduct weekend staff training on new products and sales techniques
- Analyze weekend sales data and prepare operational reports
- Coordinate with weekday managers for seamless transition of tasks
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail/supervisory experience with weekend shift exposure
- Proven ability to lead teams during high-volume periods
- Strong conflict resolution and customer service expertise
- Proficiency in inventory management systems (e.g., Square, Shopify POS)
- Available exclusively for Saturday/Sunday shifts (no weekday flexibility)
- Valid North Carolina driver's license (for store errands)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours and lift up to 40 lbs
