Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members to exceed customer service standards
- Oversee inventory management and visual merchandising execution
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols
- Process daily transactions and maintain accurate records
- Collaborate with weekday managers for seamless operations
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or customer service experience
- Proven leadership ability in fast-paced environments
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (6AM-10PM)
- Basic math proficiency and POS system knowledge
- Ohio driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- High school diploma or equivalent required
