Responsibilities
- Oversee all weekend retail operations including staffing, inventory, and customer experience
- Lead and develop a team of 10-15 weekend associates through coaching and performance management
- Execute sales strategies to achieve weekend revenue targets and KPIs
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and resolve operational issues promptly
- Coordinate with weekday management team for seamless store operations
- Analyze weekend sales data and implement actionable improvement plans
- Ensure strict compliance with safety, security, and brand standards
Qualifications
- 3+ years retail management experience with weekend shift leadership
- Proven track record of driving sales and team performance
