Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 person weekend service teams during peak hours
- Ensure operational excellence in customer service protocols
- Process daily payroll and shift documentation within 24 hours
- Resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency
- Coordinate inventory management and supply logistics
- Maintain safety compliance across all service areas
- Train new associates on weekend-specific procedures
- Submit end-of-shift performance reports digitally
Qualifications
- Available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic digital literacy for payroll processing
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Reliable transportation to downtown Austin
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
