Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations during weekend shifts, ensuring smooth workflow
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members, providing real-time guidance
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues with professionalism
- Monitor inventory and order supplies to maintain stock levels
- Enforce safety protocols and maintain clean, organized facilities
- Complete daily administrative tasks and shift handovers
- Contribute to weekend marketing initiatives and guest promotions
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality or retail
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in fast-paced environments
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- Valid California driver's license (for supply runs)
- Flexible schedule with reliable transportation
- Food Handler's Certification preferred
