- Oversee weekend retail operations and maintain store standards
- Lead and mentor 4-6 team members during peak weekend shifts
- Handle daily cash management and inventory reconciliation
- Resolve customer inquiries with exceptional service
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Ensure compliance with safety and security protocols
- Submit end-of-day reports for immediate payroll processing
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience required
- Weekend availability (Saturday & Sunday) non-negotiable
- Strong cash handling and inventory management skills
- Proven ability to lead teams in fast-paced environments
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to stand/walk for 8-hour shifts
- Basic proficiency with retail management software
