Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 weekend team members to ensure exceptional service delivery
- Oversee daily operations, inventory management, and customer satisfaction
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on company protocols
- Maintain strict compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Generate weekly performance reports for management review
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability for every Saturday and Sunday shifts (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Valid Colorado driver's license and reliable transportation
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand for 8-hour shifts and lift 25 lbs
- Flexible schedule during peak holiday periods
