Responsibilities
- Lead weekend shift teams (5-12 members) in retail/hospitality settings
- Execute daily operations including inventory management and customer service
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational challenges in real-time

- Submit shift reports and maintain accurate documentation

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong conflict resolution and team leadership abilities
- Basic POS system proficiency and cash handling skills
- Valid driver's license for Texas positions (Detroit location optional)
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours and lift 30 lbs regularly
- High school diploma or equivalent; college preferred
