Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend shift operations ensuring smooth workflow and exceptional service delivery
- Manage and mentor 3-5 team members during peak weekend hours
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism and resolve escalations efficiently
- Conduct opening/closing procedures including cash handling and inventory checks
- Implement safety protocols and maintain compliance with company standards
- Process payroll and schedule adjustments for weekend staff
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless operations
Qualifications
- Must be available Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency in POS systems and scheduling software
- Ability to thrive in high-pressure, fast-paced environments
- Valid California driver's license (if applicable to role logistics)
