Responsibilities
- Manage daily weekend shift operations including opening/closing procedures
- Lead and motivate team members to deliver exceptional customer service
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate restocking activities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve service issues promptly
- Ensure store cleanliness and safety standards are maintained
- Process transactions accurately and reconcile cash registers
- Train new staff on company policies and procedures
Qualifications
- Must be available to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- 1+ years of supervisory or leadership experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to stand/walk for extended periods
- Basic math and cash handling proficiency
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver's license (for occasional supply runs)
