Responsibilities
- Oversee daily weekend retail operations and staff scheduling
- Train and mentor part-time associates on customer service excellence
- Manage inventory processes and stock rotation procedures
- Resolve customer inquiries and ensure store presentation standards
- Process transactions and maintain POS system accuracy
- Collaborate with management team on weekend performance metrics
- Implement loss prevention protocols during peak weekend hours
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience preferred
- Availability for consistent Saturday/Sunday shifts (6 AM - 2 PM)
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
- Basic math proficiency for inventory management
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Experience with inventory software and POS systems
