Responsibilities
- Manage 8-10 person weekend staff during Saturday/Sunday shifts
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Handle inventory management and cash flow reconciliation
- Resolve customer inquiries and operational issues in real-time
- Coordinate with weekday management for seamless operations
- Train new staff on venue protocols and service excellence
- Comply with all health and safety regulations
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or shift management experience
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday)
- Strong conflict resolution and multitasking abilities
- Valid Texas Food Handler certification (or ability to obtain)
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours during shifts
- Positive attitude with team leadership skills
