Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend production operations ensuring quality standards and efficiency targets are met
- Lead and mentor weekend team members through performance coaching and skill development
- Coordinate maintenance schedules and equipment troubleshooting to minimize downtime
- Implement safety protocols and maintain OSHA compliance across all weekend activities
- Manage inventory control and supply chain logistics for weekend operations
- Generate weekend performance reports and communicate progress to leadership team
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless operational handovers
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in manufacturing or industrial setting
- Strong knowledge of lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement
- OSHA certification or equivalent safety management training
- Proficiency in production planning software (SAP, Oracle, or similar)
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to make quick decisions
- Valid Colorado driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to work flexible weekends and occasional holidays as needed
- Strong leadership and conflict resolution abilities
