Responsibilities
- Oversee 15-20 person weekend teams across warehouse and distribution functions
- Implement safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance during all shifts
- Coordinate inventory management and order fulfillment processes
- Train and mentor new weekend staff on operational procedures
- Generate performance reports and implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Resolve escalated customer inquiries and operational disruptions
- Collaborate with weekday supervisors for seamless transition of operations
Qualifications
- 3+ years supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of weekend shift operations and labor laws
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain within 30 days
- Proficient in warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory software
- Exceptional problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to work independently during off-peak hours
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
