Responsibilities
- Manage 5-8 person weekend retail teams during peak hours
- Process weekly payroll and inventory reports
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards
- Execute visual merchandising and store resets
- Handle cash operations and POS reconciliation
- Train new weekend staff on procedures
- Resolve customer escalations promptly
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or hospitality experience
- Available exclusively weekends (Sat/Sun 8AM-8PM)
- Strong cash handling and POS proficiency
- Leadership or supervisory background
- Ability to work independently during off-hours
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Flexible availability during holiday seasons
