Responsibilities
- Manage 5-7 team members during weekend shifts (Sat-Sun)
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards across all touchpoints
- Oversee inventory management and store operations
- Train and onboard new weekend associates
- Resolve customer escalations with professionalism
- Execute promotional campaigns and merchandising plans
- Maintain safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- 2+ years supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (6am-10pm)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic inventory management knowledge
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid driver's license (for Virginia market travel)
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Flexibility for holiday coverage
