Responsibilities
- Oversee weekend retail operations and ensure store standards are maintained
- Lead and mentor weekend staff through daily tasks and customer interactions
- Process transactions accurately and maintain cash register accountability
- Resolve customer inquiries and escalations with professionalism
- Conduct inventory counts and replenish merchandise efficiently
- Implement visual merchandising and promotional displays
- Train new weekend associates on company protocols

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year supervisory or leadership experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (8 AM - 6 PM)
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Basic proficiency with POS systems and inventory software
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Ability to lift 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Valid Arizona driver's license (for store errands)
- Ability to pass background check and drug screening
