Responsibilities
- Manage daily store operations during weekend shifts (Saturday-Sunday)
- Lead and mentor 5-8 team members to achieve sales targets
- Ensure exceptional customer service standards are maintained
- Oversee inventory management and stock replenishment
- Process transactions and resolve customer inquiries
- Implement visual merchandising and store cleanliness protocols
- Submit accurate shift reports and performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years retail or supervisory experience
- Availability to work all weekend shifts (6 AM - 10 PM)
- Strong leadership and team-building abilities
- Proficient in POS systems and inventory software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask in high-pressure environments
- Valid Texas driver's license (for store errands)
- Flexibility to cover weekday shifts as needed
