Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and workflow during weekend shifts to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a diverse team of employees to achieve operational goals and high customer service standards.
- Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and manage supply orders to prevent shortages.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries and operational issues promptly and professionally.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, company policies, and regulatory compliance.
- Prepare daily reports and performance summaries for management review.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED required; Associate’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a supervisory or operations role.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and inventory management systems.
- Proven track record of problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
