Responsibilities
- Manage weekend front-of-house operations with 10+ staff members
- Handle customer escalations and ensure exceptional service standards
- Oversee inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Train and mentor new weekend staff members
- Implement health and safety protocols during peak weekend hours
- Process payroll and attendance reports for weekend shifts
- Collaborate with general manager on weekend performance metrics
Qualifications
- 2+ years hospitality or retail supervisory experience
- Availability to work Saturdays and Sundays (6am-2pm or 2pm-10pm)
- Excellent conflict resolution and leadership skills
- Proficiency in POS systems and inventory software
- Food Handler's Certificate (or ability to obtain immediately)
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Valid California driver's license (for supply runs)
- Must pass background check and start within 48 hours
