Responsibilities
- Manage and mentor weekend staff to maintain service standards
- Oversee daily operations including inventory and customer flow
- Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with management team for seamless weekday handoffs
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Train new staff on procedures and best practices
- Monitor performance metrics and implement improvements
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in hospitality/retail
- Availability for all weekend shifts (Sat/Sun)
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Basic knowledge of POS systems
- Valid food handler certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Experience in New Orleans service industry preferred
