- Lead weekend retail operations with 5+ team members
- Manage inventory control and visual merchandising standards

- Train and mentor new weekend associates
- Execute daily opening/closing procedures
- Analyze weekend sales performance and implement action plans
- Ensure strict adherence to safety and compliance protocols
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in retail/hospitality
- Proven weekend shift leadership history
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Flexible availability (Sat/Sun 6am-10pm)
- Proficient in inventory management systems
- Valid Florida driver's license
- Ability to lift 25+ lbs repeatedly
- Background clearance required
